1. There is no such thing as "centrifugal force"
2. Net force too must be directed toward the center of the circle.
3. During uniform circular motion, acceleration is perpendicular to the velocity.

So will the ice actually make the turn and stay inside the truck? Like will it go straight until it hits the side of the truck and then kinda go with the motion of the truck turning left?
