3. Compare which normal force is larger, in the case of linear acceleration verse the centripetal acceleration.

The angle isnt changing.its not about the angle being smaller or larger.its about that cos theta is less than one bcs theta is less than 90.when we divide a number by a quantity that is smaller than one we get larger value .
