I am a graduate of the Republic of Korea Naval Academy almost 8 years ago and entered Russia during education and training, and I still remember listening to a wonderful country when I heard Russia's national anthem at that time.

I have visted many countries around the world. I don't understand Russian. But I spent a whole summer with them and, I'm ashamed to say, I shed some tears when I left. The people are gracious. The land beautiful and down to earth. I may be in love with the place. Dear Russian friends, I'm so happy that you're still proud of your country after all these years. You inspire me.

EDIT: 5 November 2021. I am South African. My great grand parents were in a war with the British Empire from 1899-1902. We initially seemed to be winning, until BRITAIN placed our women and children in the world's first Concentration Camps. Russian citizens came to fight alongside us. We didn't ask them, they volunteered. Until this day, I have to pay my thanks to them. Even though we eventually lost, it was only because the West treated us as sub-humans and degraded us by destroying our homes, livestock, crops and fellow human beings through Lord Kitchener's "burnt earth" policy. Have I forgiven Britain? Yes, I have. Have I forgotten? No, I will never forget. Nor will I forget Imperial Russia's involvement and condemnation of BRITAIN'S harsh and inhuman acts against us. For this reason, I am willing to listen to and understand every day Russians. They are more similar to Boers than they realise. Everlasting respect and recognition to you, Russian friends. Peace and love from South Africa.

As a Croatian i was first time in Russia in 2018, what a truly beautiful land and most importantly nice and kind people. They threw a magnificent World Cup and i had time to know better cities like Moscow, Kaliningrad, Nizhny Novgorod and Sankt Peterburg.
Well it was a fabulous tournament for the Croatia so that makes the visit even more enjoyable.
I will go there as soon as i can, wonderful nation, culture and people.
