Old fashioned train car passenger step stools are designed for a good reason .
The corners of the feet are past the outside corners of the step to stop / reduce the chance for a tip over.

Great little project. One question: why did you use wood screws for the stretcher and then drywall screws for the top?

what’s with spraying it after u have set the piece. You’re supposed to spray the activator on the opposite piece u glue so that when the activator hits the ca glue, boom it’s stuck. Never seen anyone spray it after when the glue is already covered up.

I would love a video on how to find the exact middle. I see all your pencil lines, how do we do that as beginners?

I can just picture a new do-it-yourself person getting those legs parallel the way you mounted your support piece . You need to come up with another way.
