Hi I just bought the link 2 yesterday.

Your support team told me this “Both the Link 2 and Link 2C can be controlled remotely using your phone. Simply scan the QR code in the Link Controller software, and access a whole range of settings to adjust as needed.”

I can’t even install the link controller software with my iPhone and iPad. Does this only work with a desktop? Please help!

I Have The Insta360 Link, I have it installed on my windows. The options for
"Studio Mode" appears on the screen, but even when I click on any option, it doesnt change anything.
I could't find the "virtual camera" option anywhere.
Does this work with the Insta360link first version?

half of these features only work with the cheaper link 360 2

I just wasted money buying the more expensive Link 360 and these features don't work for me

Hi - what is shown at minute 3.26 does not show up in my Controller -> Effects such as background, blur etc. It only shows gimbal, picture, more. Under More there is Gesture, flips and portrait. Is there a way to enable this somewhere? Thank you.

Hi, i bought the Insta360 Link 2C yesterday and installed the app on macbook. Cant use 4K as it’s lagging more than second and image is just like my old Logitech 920… im scratching my head.

This app is unusable bought today this camera, and downloaded the app and every single click it hangs and then I have to wait 10 seconds for another click, this is terrible experience.
