Thank you for being so generous with your time and wisdom. I hope you never get burnt out & keep making these Corvette videos. The world would be a worse place without your valuable input.

The one dislike must be someone who did something stupid and paid for it. Lol

As usual, great advice. When I called about a separate issue, he answered the phone and was more than happy to help.

My MAN, my new GURU ! After a great "shifter stuck" video, my curiosity was peaked with "what button". LOL. Already knew it but seldom used it.

C5 owner here 24 yrs. I fasten my seat belt and hit the button every time I drive my 99 coupe. Do not want to be on the gas and power is shut down. It is Procharged, forged and 6.5 liters.

Lyle with another surprise! C&S Corvette in Sarasota keeps proving there are Corvette enthusiasts shops as good. As a C&S customer I know there are no better shops in the world than C&S Corvette. + C&S Corvettes continuous information the C&S
Corvettes crew shares with Corvette owners is the best! Thanks Lyle!

Thanks Lyle for your advice regarding the harmonic balancer & pinning to the shaft. I also had all the pulleys replaced. My car has never ran better.

(I realize this is a older video but had to make a comment)
This makes me smile and remember my first car, a 1967 firebird, 400, 4 speed Muncie, 411 posi.
No magic button but lots of really big smiles and 1/4 mile runs full throttle.
I currently own a 1993 C4, and a 1995 Z28 lots of fun and now I'm looking for a C5 or C6 to add to the stable.
Your videos have been a great help in trying to decide exactly what I want.
Thanks for the info.
(I'm 59 and a lot closer to 60 and my second childhood is kicking in now)

Lyle, I cannot Thank You enough for the Advice on the C-6 Convertible. I had no idea about the Handle and flipping it back in to it lock-closed position. This is my Second C-6 2007 & 2013 and I have obviously been extremely lucky.

On my 2008: one click turns off traction control.
Two clicks turns on Competition Driving Mode
Hold for 5-6 seconds turns off Active Handling and Traction control

Be careful with the magic button. If you don't drive fast cars, it could kill you or someone else.

I have a C6 GS manual and I really enjoyed this upload. I also subscribed. So it's the "Magical Button." LOL I prefer calling it the "Mr. Hyde Button, " lol in that it brings out a whole new beast. :-) Then again, the description of it being the "Stupid Button" seems to work just as well. lol Save the Wave.
