I'm a bit surprised that you only have a couple of comments with this one. I'm a personal chef and I get rave reviews when I make this. AND!! I make it exactly the way you do. It's a great dish!

A great, quick and easy chicken dish - and you can't beat Moroccan spices for flavour.

Thank you so much for this. I have some Ras el hanout spice blend I bought home from Tunisia and I have mainly been using it with lamb, so I'll definitely try this - maybe even pop some Mediterranean vegetables such as peppers, courgettes, aubergine and red onion in with it. A little couscous with pine nuts and fresh coriander stirred through at the end should (hopefully!) be very tasty! Thanks again, Lizzie from England :-)

I LIKED the chicken. Did not LOVE the chicken. My issue was that in using the lemon slices the sauce in the bottom of the pan tasted horribly bitter. I would not make this again.

I love other recipes by Rachel, but in my opinion, this one lacked something and the bitterness was a deal breaker.

I lived in Morocco...this is absolutely NOT how you make it...she never washed that chicken which is disgusting...never marinated the chicken which is sheer laziness...yeah umm NO....
