Man, you'd think 1/20 would be easy...it isn't lol. I once spent like 8 hours doing raids for shiny Kyogre when it was last in raids, going over odds, lighting money on fire :') but I did get one shiny that day, but as I continued to raid a bit after that, I ended the day with just that one, but it's still something 😅

The next morning I did some more raids just for fun and got two shinies back to back tho, so we take what we can get :p

You have to do 76 Legendary raids to have a succes rate of 99%.

if you think about it, since they have a shiny rate of 1/20, it means its a 5% chance of getting a shiny. so that means every time you do a legendary raid shiny check, its a 95% chance you don't get a shiny.

in other words, niantic is nothing but a scam

I've done 61 Reshiram raids, and I have 4 shinys. I was at 1 for 50 the other day, but I hit back-to-back and picked up another one in the next 11 raids. :-)

1 in 20 only means in 20 raids you should get it but it doesent mean after 20 raids you will get it. Its another 1 in 20. Its a 65% chance I think (somthing in the 60's) after 20 raids
