INGREDIENTS (quantity)

Cardamom powder
Cardamom - 50 gm-100 gm
cumin powder
cumin seeds - 100 to 200 grams
chana masala powder
4 dry red chillies/sukhi lal mirch
2 teaspoons coriander seeds/sukha dhaniya
5 leaves of dry bay leaf/tej patta
2 teaspoons cumin seeds/jeera
2 teaspoons fennel seeds/saunf
1/2 teaspoons carrom seeds
4 green cardamoms/choti eliachi
4 black cardamom/moti eliachi
2 inch cinnamon sticks
20 black peppercorns/kali mirch
10 cloves/laung
Mint powder
2 cup Fresh Mints
fenugreek powder
½ cup Methi Seeds
