This is actually one that looks the most real out of all the fake ones. That is, because in some version it was possible to turn immovible blocks like spawners, command blocks and bedrock into falling blocks and pick them up. Although it is obviously more difficult that this. I think they did that on scicraft.

starts as a zombie spawner ends as a creative/ console added spawner.... click it with a creative spawn egg and it will change what it spawns.

So sad to look at the comments and find this doesn't work. I got excited for a second there thinking that maybe you can actually get a spawner but no that's still not possible can't move them either can you cuz I've got a couple that are real close to each other that would be real nice to make into a combined farm but they're too far away to meet the 16 block requirement for them to activate
