So… Perry is called on a simple mission to stop Doofenschmirz, who has built a Turn-into-human-inator, to turn Norm into a human. But it’s Perry, who gets turned into a human instead, because the inator has been moved. Meanwhile Doof notices that his clothes are missing. Later they found out that the person who stole the clothers also moved the device. They find the person and chase them for a while. When they catch the person they find out that they stole Doof’s clothes because they wanted to be a pharmacist. Doof gets his clothes back, the inator is destroyed and Perry becomes a platypus again…..the end.
