Right, except for two points. "AIR" refers to the fact people NEED the product. In the sense that Air is Vital -- people MUST breathe, or they die !

Employees (Kiyosaki E-Quadrant) do NOT have an "owner" mind-set. They are fear-driven. In fact, they Resent the owner. To get an "owner" mind-set, you Must do 3 things:

1. Get the worker to Set written, personal Goals and Motivations. Which they believe will be achieved BY helping you build the business.

2. You must work to build their Self-Esteem. (The middle 2 layers on Abraham Maslow's pyramid.) As opposed to idiot, bastard managers who assuage their own Loser level of LOW Self-Esteem by berating their underlings.

3. Pay them (at least partially) on incentive. (Commission, or Bonus structure -- based on Results.) As Andrew Carnegie gave his right-hand man, CEO Charles M. Schwab, a huge yearly bonus (many multiples of his substantial salary).
