I’m a big fan of Sena communicators so my wife and I both just purchased two of these Outrush helmets. She picked the white and I picked the matte black. So far we like them however I will say Sena could have made the operation of the Bluetooth easier. Especially when trying to pair the two helmets for intercom.

I have had this helmet for a while and have never got to the configuration menu!

Why did you guys settle on BT 3.0 when 5.0 is the current standard?
Is this using Micro-USB still or USB-C connectors now for charging?

Do I have to pair our helmets every time I turn them on? Can I use the FM radio while using the intercom feature?

I bought a his helmet and it is great. However, is it possible to have the speaker upgrade for better sound quality? Please let me know and thank you

I've tried everything and can't get this headset to connect with the Sena app. Has anyone found a fix? I can get it to connect to my phone but then it doesn't work in the app and says the headset may need updated.... which I've already done.

Just bout this helmet but it didn’t have the charger, foam mic cover or the instructions, so this video help me connect to my motorcycles apple car play. 👍🏾 big help until I get the missing parts.

One more problem. Google assistant Volume is too low. Volume control will not turn it up.

Haven't been able to find any info on it yet, but my wife just bought a sena com for her helmet that says it isn't waterproof and not to be used in the rain... I do get into rain quite often when I ride, will I be able to use this helmet in the rain and it not damage the com system?

Maybe you can tell me why I get feedback from my own voice in the speakers, I've already done a factory reset.

Sena, why only DOT certification? Why not at least ECE? Also, what's the wind noise like at 60MPH? (dB level?)

Can you pick up calls when some one is calling you? I tried but nothing worked from the helmet.

Was told by an authorized dealer we could connect 6 helmets. Them found out we can only connect one at a time. They would not return them. It’s an okay helmet but you need to train dealers better. Needless to say if you only ride with one person get it but who does that.
Also if you are closer than like 10 feet it’s so distorted you can’t make out what they say.

I tried it with a friend and quickly realized if you are at a stop light next together you can’t hear. Sounds like Charlie browns teachers.

I just got mine a few days ago. I can’t get the helmet to turn on. I think I got a bad one

Hello. To intercom, both helmets should be off?

Had a Outrush R for 3 days before I sent it back. I really wanted to like the helmet but it's just too damn close inside. I don't have a big nose or chin but the chin bar was literally 1/2 inch from my face and the mic, when it wasn't pushed under the chin curtain was jammed into my lip and the inside of the chin bar. If it used a button mic like a full face helmet it would be fine but the boom mic is just too big to fit. The sizing was tight but it will break in (i didn't keep it that long) and the comms work great, it's just too small in the face for the mic to fit right. Try the helmet on BEFORE buying it.
