Really enjoyed it as a standalone but kinda feel like Mama Agnes 1 didn't need a sequel. I loved the ambiguity of the original - we have no idea what's happening, what's going on, what the intentions of the creature are or what happened to the girl. Now the spell is broken a little bit as the doppelganger is revealed as just a standard monster.

There could've been more urgency in the beginning. She's tied up and the mom barely reacts and the daughter is acting like nothing is wrong.

Nah, the daughter was too chill, the mom sees her daughter tied up and act like it's normal. The ending didn't make sense.

"Promise you won't get mad!" Uhh what?? That's what a kid says if they've broken a window or spilled paint on the carpet, not when there's a demon upstairs. What a weird little sequel to a perfectly fine short.

Loved it. Wish the young girl was more scared and panicked tbh, she's too relaxed when the situation is completly crazy 😅 And, well... she could have been more suspicious when her "mom" came back after confronting her

I don’t feel like they really portrayed the fear and urgency in the beginning. If the daughter has such bad mental issues that the mom believes she tied herself up than I don’t think it’s reasonable that the mom would have left her alone for a week while she went out of town.

Part 1 was pretty good but part 2 wasnt much of anything. The mom's reaction to her daughter being tied up was laughable at best. The way she went upstairs without really checking anything was silly. The ending didnt make any sense

Everyone wondering why the mom was so calm when seeing her daughter with tape on her: Likely she thought her child was having an 'episode'. Judging by her next comment "Don't get mad, Mom...please." tells us that the daughter had had previous fears that someone or something was in the house or other hallucinations & of course Mom had gone to check....& found nothing.
So she likely assumed Mom would dismiss her worries outright, get mad, & not investigate. I am not sure the transition to the park-scene was as smooth as it could be, but I understood it fully. Its the start of the next chapter in the demon -doppleganger's tale. It lured an amateur ghost/demon hunter right into its trap.

Nahh this was mid at best, should’ve made the daughter a dopple and evoke the same fear from the last one. Would’ve made more sense.
