This makes me think of a café/hotel in Amsterdam I once stayed at. It is called The Old Quarter, and is located at Warmoestraat 22, which is near to Central Station in the heart of the city. The view from the café is not overlooking the canals, but the room we had for some nights was at the rear of the building that is facing the canals. The cafe had weekly Jazz live sessions on Mondays, and it was by being present at such an evening that I first came to truly understand and appreciate what Jazz music is all about. Thanks for this wonderful video presentation. :)

Great coffee shop with Jazz music and coffee making sounds with occasional people talking. Sounds so much like a cool coffee shop to study in. Makes me feel like I'm in a popular cafe filled with people. I am closed enough to hear the expresso machine and coffee being made, but far enough that the voices are indistinct and not bothersome. Makes me feel cozy and warm with a unobstructed view of the waterfront. Thank goodness no one is seating in those 3 seats.... And if I don't want to hear the coffee being made or other sounds, I can turn the volume down so that only the Jazz music (which is not too fast and not too slow, but just the right tempo) is audible. VERY NICELY DONE. Definitely one of my favorites!!! Your attention to detail is INCREDIBLE!!!

Because of the financial strains from covid, I was forced to return from Holland to Asia as an international student studying in Amsterdam. With your video, I feel like I'm back there. I know it'll be a long time if I ever get to return to Europe so thank you so much for this.
