I don't care what anyone says, when he left Van Halen things just weren't the same. Sammy Hagar on his own was good and should have remained a solo artist. I quit listening to them when Roth left. With that said, I can definitely say this. In my reality he did not have any of that weird tribal makeup on in the video or on the album!! That is a Mandela/ quantum effect for sure.

My nephew Mike Hartman played guitar for Roth in the DLR band in 1997 along with John 5. Sadly Mike passed away in 2000 from Cystic fibrosis at the age of 24. Steve Vai introduced Mike to Roth. Mike always wanted to meet Steve and the Make a Wish foundation sent Mike out to meet Steve Vai. Mike got his wish to play guitar with two rock in roll super star's before he passed.
