I tried doing that but it keeps creating a problem. The numbers i have are 22 digits and it turns it into +E21. something of that sort. Does anyone know how to rectify that issue?

How do you add spaces between words in one cell?. E.g. johnsmith or MichealJohnTom

Also, =A1&B2 worked but I wasn't able to add the spaces. Do you know how I might do this using this format? The Concatenate formula that you showed could go really long though. I merged length fields.

And if you have prefixes in surnames? Then you will get in this list, one extra blanc space between the first and last name.
