Witness reacts after young driver crashes through Rhode Island Dunkin'

A vehicle smashed into a Dunkin’ in Cranston on Tuesday morning.
The Cranston Fire Department responded around 6:30 a.m. to the Dunkin’ location on Reservoir Avenue for the collision.
The Cranston Police Department says the driver had his learner's permit and was learning to drive.
