Wild Riolu will always be able to "see" you even when you're crouching in tall grass. This is because they can see using aura. I'd like to say Lucario do the same thing but I'm pretty sure the only Lucario in LA are alphas which have their own behaviour.

Nosepass still face north at all times in SV too! It’s really fun to see an outbreak of them looking in the same direction (especially in my case where a shiny was mixed in)

These interactions are continued in Scarlet and Violet.

In South Province, Area Five, where you can find both Zangoose and Seviper, you may sometimes find a wild Zangoose and a wild Seviper naturally fighting. Scyther and Spidops behave the same way as well in the wild. I wonder when are they going to show one about Quaquaval and Tsareena, who are also said to be rivals in beauty.
In South Province Area Six, you can also find a bunch of Donphan on the mountain side having a Rollout race down the hill.
On Asado Desert, a wild Cacturne will slowly stalk you. A reference to his dex entry from Sapphire, which says they stalk travellers through the desert, waiting for them to get tired so they can attack them.

Chansey and Blissey don't actually heal you, they just approach you while the regular healing timer keeps ticking. Looking at it in a purely gameplay sense, it's almost as if the player being hurt makes Chansey and Blissey happy...
