1:40 i think canonically it makes sense, Sinse Eternatus is no longer in Galar. Its powers would end up becoming weaker, so his eternamax form cannot be reached to do the move properly

If you don't get the move Behemoth blade because you have to have a Steel type move with the Rusted sword to get it
