I just got one of these grinders. Open box, never used. It only came with one plate in the box. I have the same plate that is in your hand at time stamp 1:45. I looked all over the internet, including the Weston site (out of stock) for the finer one on the table at, (1:45). Weston # 12 Model 33-1301 Series A5202FR, Type MG03, 750W. I measured mine at 2" 9/16" edge to edge and 2" 13/16" including the tabs. (I think) these measurements equate to, 65.0875mm (not counting tabs) and 71.4375mm including tabs. Is it true I can run the meat through the coarse plate twice and it will be like using the plate I'm looking for? I've got hours invested looking for the plate that's on the table (1:45). All I can find is the smaller ones, 54mm not including tabs and 58mm including tabs.

According to reviews found elsewhere on this grinder, that locking lever is prone to unlocking when the machine vibrates in use. Seems like the change was a bad idea

I had it and was really loud and got a cabelas carnivore meat grinder and is way quieter
