In this video, we’re going to talk about the benefits of eating avocado. Avocados are great to have on the ketogenic diet because they are high in fat, low in carbs, and have hardly any sugar at all.

Great video!  The last several weeks I've been eating either 1/2 or 1 whole avocado daily.  I'm loving avocado toast every morning and eat it occasionally with an omelet made w/organic spinach, peppers and onions.  I was cutting it up wrong!  Thanks for the tip!  I will peel it going forward.

I cut my avo in half, pit it, squeeze lime juice in the halves and put some chunky salt on that and eat it right out of the skin. It grows in its own little natural cup. Scrape it right down to the bottom and then deposit into the compost. Good, compact, fruit. I do love me avo! 🥑 Thanks for your episodes Dr Berg. You’re a pretty groovy guy! 🤖

The only disappointment is that those amazing fruits or vegetables or berries or whatever are quite expensive here. Its a sorrow; they really helped me persist in getting my weight down from 105 to 85 kgs.

I ate an avocado the other day and I got the worst brain fog and lethargic feeling ever! I was so out of it. I am having a hard time with fats in general. My body does not tolerate oils either. Even too much butter leaves me feeling sooo sick. I don't get

I have a avocado every day sometimes first thing in the morning with my cocoa powder I make chocolate pudding. I love it and it’s very healthy or if I make it with salt and pepper I add a little sour cream. And mix it together and it’s very delicious on top of a salad on top of tacos burritos or eating it straight out of the bowl. All mixed up is delicious avocado is the bomb love love, avocado.😋😋😋💕

I hated the sight and the creamy texture of Avocado until I found out it was health for you. So i use to almost close my eyes to eat them. But someone suggested that I put garlic powder and pepper to taste better. Now I can't get enough of them!
