Those gachas should start compiling the game into a single player experience and selling them on steam or something to make up some money after closing, that would at least give them some money after being out of service and players would still have the ability to play the game to some capacity.

Just to correct the Snowbreak thing. The EN VA's were cut for budget reasons. They were offered to come back later but didn't want to be associated with Snowbreak's new direction. That happened a few months back.

The CN VA's leaving is new. There's a lot of rumours and speculation about what exactly is the reason for it, few concrete facts. Fenny's CN VA is the voice director for Black Myth Wunkong from what I've seen and left because of scheduling. The rest seem to be part of at least one high profile voice acting studio and have had big roles in games like Genshin. The VA's didn't seem to want to leave the project from how they commented on the departure on social media and the voice director appears to have been very favourable to Snowbreak too and sad to see it end. It's alleged that outside factors had forced the hand of the VA studio to sever ties to Snowbreak over it's content but we'll never know the entire truth there.

The three VA's staying are Cherno, Yao and Katya's VA's and their characters have been called :the big three' on CN social media for sticking around. Btw, these girls embody the characters they play in Snowbreak so much it's great. And finally, they're going to recruit a new voice cast to fill in the empty spaces and voice the entire story so far and side stories. At least in CN, hopefully in JP too. The studio that actually makes snowbreak is only a small team, but they're a part of the bigger Seasun publisher brand who own the biggest CN mmo out there and they're owned by even bigger companies, since Snowbreak makes a lot of money, they can get investment back into the game for big things like this easily, so they'll never suffer any big loss from third parties because they could always produce it in house instead if they get the necessary resources. Honestly, I'd rather put it out of mind and focus on how good Snowbreak is with all the crazy content they put out. I love that everything is canon, especially those insane fanservice videos and can't wait to see what they'll drop out of nowhere next.

I don’t know if you’re big on games based of anime but right now bleach: brave souls is celebrating its ninth anniversary and I’ve been having fun playing it again. It’s also come to the Nintendo switch in the last few weeks apparently, but I’m not playing it there since I’d need to start a whole new account and I play too many gachas for this multiple accounts business.

I'm curious... You seem to know your way around gachas so i have a question...
There seems to be some controversy about Wuwa around the support of the game.
Some people claimed that they have had problems with the game and made reports on the problem, only to never get a reply or help from the customer service.
Found people on facebook asking for help and i also saw casual comments on youtube from people claiming that there is no support, but the cases are very few... they are still there though...
So that triggered an alarm for me, since i'm not new to the whole "if things work, cool. if they don't... sucks to be you mate". Hence i... have caused a bit of a problem for myself with the game, reported it and... yeah... days passed and i never got a reply. Used customer service again and again, but no replies. I sent direct mail to the game support, but again... zero reply.
Now i'm sure that the game has support for servers like china and probably america, but in Europe that i'm playing from... literally 0 help.
Now game is "new"... someone suggested that since they have so many launch problems, that their support deals with myriads of cases and as such they don't reply but still check, however... like... not even a "we will check your problem when possible", straight out a nothing... nada... null... niente? This seems unprofessional as eff!
Have you heard anything over the matter? Is this a case for people to panic? I mean... if support actually doesn't work for half the globe, then if you have a problem with wuwa, boom, that's it. Lost your account and unless if some big shot youtuber helps or you can post to the right Chinese sites that's the end of your gaming experience...
