This is by far my favorite learning channel.
Before I even start bench watching this was worth it.
I am in an appartment and got the AS 186 with 3L tank and gun set.

thank you for the info on using a shop compressor!
i have an old porter-cable with a 6 gallon tank that i got with my brad nailer
i found a replacement part; Vigiart Regulator Pressure Gauge HS-F2 for AS186K Compressor
that comes with a 1/4" connector for the shop compressor side and 1/8" connector for the airbrush side
it has a moisture trap as well but doesn't come with a mounting bracket
works great with my iwata neo, compressor hardly comes on when running 10psi

recently made my own with a fridge motor and a refrigerant gas tank. some type of handyman here. but started with a 25 litres ALL NOISE!!! compressor

Something else you can do with a workshop compressor, is stick it in another location and run an airline to your easel locstion. This setup may require a larger compressor but you wont hear it.

Great video! I hope to get started airbrushing soon and will be doing rc bodies and probably general projects/paintings. I like the idea of the battery operated set up but think I’ll be better suited getting at least a small compressor for what I intend to do. Not sure the battery set up would be enough?

Hey! Love your content it got me started and interested in Airbrushing. I took your advice in a video and bought the PS-771. However now I’d like to start spraying some pearlized paints. But the .18 tip is too fine. Would you recommend one of these cheaper brushes to do the pearl paints? Or should I spend the extra dough and get a HP-CS?

I pressed the button to make the compressor work and it only goes for a second then shuts off. I full charge it and it goes for a little longer then goes back to barely a second then shuts off. I dont know what to do.
