Add events from Gmail conversations to Google Calendar

Gmail users can send event invitations directly from Gmail without accessing Google Calendar, and can easily add events from Gmail conversations to Google Calendar.

in the first email, how did the sender inserted the date in that format?

I mean how can I teach gmail that this day is a date and I want the receivers to be able to add this date to their calendars
