Really very nice tutorial. BUT PLEASE USE YAML PIPELINES AS CLASSIC PIPELINES COMPLETELY DISCARDED OR DEPRECATED. ITS WASTE OF TIME with Classic pipelines.

While creating the Build pipeline, the 'copy files' task itself is copying the required Artifacts to the $(Build. ArtifactstagingDirectory) location on the Agent server right and this is the default location for Release pipeline to fetch the Artifacts. On this note, what is the need of 'Publish Artifact' task here in CI pipepline?

I mean, when the artifacts are already there in the required locaiton for CD pipleline, why should we create a publish task again? Please help to understand this. Thank you.
