In general a good tutorial. The really big downside is that you don't explain how to remove your username/password from your configuration file. Putting your username and password in your configuration file and putting that on github for example is a really really stupid idea. The missing link is how can you enter those environmental values in the azure portal so that nobody but you see thee values.
