stupid video. You don't tell us which one is better or not. It is just comparison and it didn't help me to decide witch one is better or not. However, I will give you my advice. E-trade was used to be a good. However, since it was bought from Morgan Stanley the customer service is going down to ground zero. Every time when I call e-trade service, I feel like talking to a bunch of scammers and sounds kind of unkind toward. It made me feel insecure that if my money is in right place. Therefore, I have already move all the money out to other investment fund spread around. So, I guess E-tread is not better now and I wish them to fail and bankrupted soon. who cares I don't have any assets there anymore. haha.

Long-term investing: Tie. Both offer fractional shares for ETFs and excellent index mutual funds without additional fees.

Option trading: ETrade easily. Fidelity is too restrictive.

Customer service: Fidelity easily. ETrade is the 2nd worst in the industry. Only Robinhood is worse at customer service.
