My opinion:
Strength-Bruce. Maybe prime ip man idk the ip man displayed is old and has a disease he could never fight at what was his max. Bruce lee did intense exercises for training and look at hows hes built compared to ip man

Durability-Ip man. Not even a challenge if you watched the movies and what ip man faced compared to bruce lee. to my knowledge from the movies, ip man fought a a japanese military captain, and more (i forgot).

Endurance-Ip man-ip mans been in long fights some back to back without much rest and doesnt get much breakes from fighting more opposers

Stamina-same reason as endurance. just because bruce lee looks more built doesnt mean he can last longer in battle

Battle iq-ip man. he knows techniques and taught bruce what he knows to help him in combat

Iq-Ip man. i mean hes smarter thats a no brainer

Speed-bruce. ip man also has tremendous speed when it comes to reactions and rapid attacks but bruce has shown more speed throughout fights entirely

Agility-ip man. although hes old, he has insane balance i dont think i ever saw bruce posses. he can literally be hanging of a fighting stage and get back up

Experience-ip man. hes been in more fights and has lived more than bruce.

combat-equal. according to what i know, ip man taught bruce so their styles and combat are similar unless one decided to branch off and make their own.

skills-ip man because he knows more techniques and more moves for his disposal

AP-bruce hes stronger and therfore can use more energy

Hax-ip man because again has more skills and moves he can use because hes lived long enough to see multiple fights

dc-bruce because he is stronger and can cause more damage with his fists and kicks

potential-bruce because he could learn more skills and ip man cant because sadly hes getting pretty old

reflexes-ip man again because of his balance and ability to take an attack and use it to his momentum
