I've owned both Canon and Nikon. After a few years of back and forth, the Nikons go out to work while Canon stays home.

They're all good. I've used all 3 brands. SONY does what I need it to do and I don't have as many issues with it as I did have with the others. Also Sony footage looks alot more cinematic than the others. I even Add grain in post to dull the incredible sharpness down.

This analysis is TOTALLY flawed. It makes the assumption that the most bought camera or marketed device is the best. Now that's absolutely subjective. An objective approach to a product will run a detailed comprehensive testing procedure and will make qualitative results based on important factors like price to rugged to features etc... This video is a waste of time...

Bruh! ive tested all of em..came to a conclusion that Nikon was the best for both videos and photography...im really starting to think that you got a Canon cuz ur not stopping to praise Canon... I got a $2000 canon but still fint my $1500 Nikon better. Its like Cannon is the 'Samsung' of cameras, Sony is the 'Xiaomi' n Nikon is the 'Apple' of cameras...but ya'all know even if its expensive, u get the best experience by Nikon.

If your talking mirrorless full frame, AF & low light AF, Sony. I think Canon has the best all around bang for the bucks with the R5 if you don’t shoot the 8k vid for to long, or at all in the summer. Nikon is gaining with the Z9, but not quite as good. As the tech increases & moves forward, it will change hands going back & forth & the consumer will be the ultimate winner.

Only if Canon would supplement my shoots by $1, 000, 000 per, would I ever shoot that last place DSLR. Canon almost cost me my career once, and I do not forgive them. Only my great skill with PhotoShop saved the day. ...Garbage Out seems to be their model.

I guess you can say anything on YouTube - so many outdated facts and half truths in this video that its not worth even going into it. Suffice to say there is a lot more to the analysis than this video suggest and its conclusions are far from the final word on anything.

I am with Canon because I love the compatibility between its lenses and the camera. You can use a lens from the film era on the latest mirrorless camera, by using the adapter, you will not face any problem with autofocus. This thing you will not find in any other brand

If you shoot flash beware that the Sony hot shoe is very weak, vulnerable and unreliable. Its construction and design are flawed. I would shy away from Sony if you depend on your hot shoe. For me personally, Ive shot them all and IMHO Canon is the best overall. However, its a very personal thing and obviously all of the brands can produce great images! 😊

'people buy what they think is the best'....true, but as we know, majority of people world over, are mediocre at best....so largest selling means largest number of people are buying....so by derivation, mediocre cameras are selling the best as they are bought by mediocre people...so excellence is not measured in numbers, especially in a degraded, mediocre world as we have now...so intelligent people should apply their own preferences selecting an appropriate one...independent of 'numbers' as they lie about the meaning...mostly;....be free & joyful..!!

That's because people are all obsessed with recording themselves. And photography is dying. I have all three. Nikon z8 wins, Panasonic for video.

Canon is synonymous for build quality and for making the best cameras in the world and producing the best images. Always has and always will by the looks of things. The brand image too leaves Sony and Nikon in the dust.
