I just want to say that the Veterinary profession is a continual learning process. Veterinary Schools provide you with a basis, but it's not until you actually get into practice/work that you really begin to learn. Yes some veterinary schools may be better equipped or have a deeper/thorough (and more stressful might I add) teaching schedules but it really comes down to how much you put in and where your field of interest is! I'd like to add that these rankings always take into considerations like research and number of scientific articles published etc so just because one may be 'ranked' higher doesn't necessarily mean it reflects the teaching or specific areas that are better when comparing universities ^^ Good Luck

Don't forget University of Liege (ULG) and Ghent University in Belgium ! (top 20-40 in the world ranking) Very good reputation, advanced technology, european college, ... The best for me !

I got into the University of Edinburgh vet school but opted for Glasgow. Both schools are amazing but Glasgow felt more like a community than Edinburgh did. Graduating this year :)

Hey have you heard of IVRI( Indian veterinary research Institute) in INDIA. You are surprised by 200 cattle their are 700 cattle in farm of IVRI.

It's taking me awhile to get my undergraduate. I just hope when I get to applying to vet schools; I won't have to repeat any courses. I looked all of there policies and I seem to be on the right track.

1:36 is not okay at all it's disgusting and painful. Cutting holes on the sides of cows is called "cannulas, ' effectively leaving an open WOUND in a cow's body for LIFE. It's disgusting and they like to do it for "research purposes" when they can do so many other things, also this allows farmers to physically reach inside their stomach to analyze how much they are eating so they can overfeed them again just to cut them open some more and let them die a terrible death. I DO NOT LIKE THAT ONE BIT IMAGINE THIS BEING UR DOG
