I just moved to Istanbul from Mexico 9 days ago and Istanbul is amazing.

Coincidentally, I went to the Asian side yesterday and I was BLOWN AWAY!!! It is absolutely incredible and drastically different from the frenzy of the European side.

I immidiately fell in love with the Asian side and I am moving there next week!

Bery, thanks for uploading your excellent video (we were kinda missing your vlogs). We visited Turkiye twice and during our first visit, we stayed on the European side while on our second visit we stayed on the Asian side. On our second visit we got the istanbul kart for public transportation and we used it to get on the ferry to cross the Bosphorus to the European side. We stayed in Kadikoy and enjoyed amazing sunsets as well as nice breezy ferry ride to the European side. If we visit again, we will definitely stay on the Asian side as its our personal preference. I was just there a few weeks ago. The Camlica Tower and the Kule Restaurant at the top is a very fun and affordable place to eat. The food is good and the view is AMAZING!!!!

I can imagine someplace similar in the US, England or France costing an arm and a leg, but Camlica Tower is in any budget.

I took my mother there for her birthday. Being from Virginia, USA she was amazed by the contrast between the historic European side and the modern-futuristic feel of the tower.
