Feats i'd say Vito, unless if it was about the shot in the head thing, Vito easily wins, Brother took down 2 Mafia Families and could do for 3 if he wanted to (ch.14), bloke also halved the triad with only himself and Joe, Lincoln only took down a Bum from Nowhere (tbf you gotta do with what you have 😅, empire bay easily dwarfs the New Bordeaux's Marcano's)

Facts but experience goes to Vito he fought in ww2 and battle experience goes to Lincoln since he was in the special forces Lincoln is proficient with a variety of military-grade firearms and explosives, ranging from light machine guns to grenade launchers. He is an expert in stealth tactics and infiltration, able to quietly sneak up on enemies undetected before finishing them off.

I guess you've never played mafia 2 because vito is much better. combat goes to vito because in mafia 3 lincoln can only dodge punches and attack while lincoln can only throw punches and so are his skills
Since avito is a soldier, he has much more technique. he's tough enough to withstand the punches of a guy named brian o neill in prison so vito ez win
