today’s video is about my morning routine (diet, workout, tips, etc) i’ve started about three months ago to lose 7 kg slowly on a healthy diet.

**remember everyone’s body is different and it’s just my own experience. my goal is to build a sustainable healthy lifestyle with my dream body shape.

Woooow the comments…. It’s so damn sad to see how many girls wanna become underweight without realizing the risks or knowing them but putting the risks above their health…
Please inform yourself about the most healthy weight for your body. Note that if you’re 140cm, you’re weight should be 39-49kg. And I doubt that y’all are that small.
I don’t wanna be annoying but it really makes me sad with all my heart to see that you think that you need that in order to be aesthetic! Girls please be healthy, that is beautiful! YOU are goddamn gorgeous!!
I’m NOT judging you at all. I just hope someone would read this and think about this issue.
Also please please please don’t encourage other people to do it!! Especially don’t recommend eating one dish per day.
Try to eat healthy 3x per day and work out while counting calories.

I'm 51kg, I didn't know that reaching 40s is an achievable weight for me, but you're video inspired me, I think I can reach my goal (which is 45 too) in a healthy way 🩷✨

Nice ! But wait you’re just having one meal a day ? 😳 you could eat more and still lose weight. I lost weight eating 1300 calories a day (I’m 160, from 54 to 47)

I've gained weight and now I weight 62 kgs. My goal is to lose 12 kgs. This video really inspired me to start working on it. Will share my results, but at least for now my target is to lose 2-3 kgs in 1-2 weeks. Will give you an update later on

What should i do if i have been eat on a calorie deficit for a year now (around 1200-1500 calories a day) but this summer i didn’t because i was overseas for a month and i gained 6kg(before summer 47kg) i am eating plenty protein (90g-130g) and i work out everyday 6 times a week pilates and one active rest day(walking) i want to be back to 47kg but lately this week i have been bingeing on sugar and bad carbs. What would help me?

I was 66kg before and went down to 48kg but my im gaining weight currently and now 51kg and im trying to go down at 45kg!!!
