I've always suspected that the real reason the temple priests wanted to crucify Jesus wasn't because they didn't believe in him. It was because they couldn't CONTROL him.

This is one of those scenes that made me realize that being a truly devote Christian isn’t to try to be perfect but trying your best to walk like Christ with compassion, a sense of justice, understanding, empathy, and so much more. It’s admitting that you are flawed but not hating your flaws but embracing that you are weak and you need God when you start slipping. It’s showing people the gospel and the truth even if it’s dangerous. These clips, the show, it has changed my mindset on a lot of things like how I should be towards others. Even when I’m angry I try to look for the good in things, good in people, and today I had to do the right thing even if it wasn’t easy at all. Jesus Christ showed me that even if annoyed that I should still be kind to others. It’s not their fault if I’m having a bad day, it’s made it a lot easier to remain calm even in tough tough situations. So praise to God and thank the lord for allowing Jonathan the chance to portray our savior in a positive and authentic way. He definitely knows how to choose them, chose the perfect man for the job
