I attempted this recipe last month with no success since the pot was “burned food”. I always get that as a result. This time around, I deglazed the pot but then emptied everything into a different pot, cleaned it out and then added the rice and liquid back in. Came out perfect! Thanks!

I tried this recipe last night. I used chicken breast cut into bite size pieces, because that is what I had. I accidentally cooked it for 8 minutes instead of 6. My rice was a little mushy, but the kids gobbled it up and asked for seconds! This recipe is a keeper!

Made this just now and OH MY GOD SO GOOD! Very easy and foolproof too. I usually manage to botch a lot of recipes, but even I couldn’t mess this recipe up. The chicken is soooo flavorful and moist/tender and the rice is perfect and fluffy. Served this with a side of roasted broccoli. I will definitely be cooking this regularly. Thank you!!
