The charging of lithium iron phosphate battery is divided into two stages: first constant current charging, and then constant voltage charging when it is close to the termination voltage. For example, a 100ah capacity battery has a termination charge voltage of 3.65V. The battery is charged at a constant current of 50A (0.5C charge rate). At the beginning, the battery voltage rises with a large slope. When the battery voltage is close to 3.65V, change to 3.65V constant voltage charging, the current will gradually decrease, and the voltage will not change much...

Have you ever tried reading the datasheet of LFP Cells you are using in your batteries??
The Charging Parameters of LFP also involve charge termination. I don't see it mentioned anywhere in the video.

Also, the Float voltage of LFP should never get above 3.375 V/Cell.

If a 24v LFP 100Ah has a discharge rate C1 of 100A but I want to use a 3000w inverter I understand that I will have a load of 125A. When adding 2 or 3 more batteries in parallel to make a 24v 200-300Ah can these 2-3 batteries theoretically output 300A?
And question #2
In the same example using 3000w 24v battery the cables/wires connecting batteries together should be rated for the Max system loads eg. 125A or 100A that is the maximum battery charge/discharge rating?

I've been wondering. Is it ok to discharge a lifepo4 battery to about 20%, then start charging it while it's still discharging with about a 50w charge? I have 48v battery 50ah. I planned on using just battery on just under 400 watts for 4 hours, then charge it on a 48v 10a charger while it's still running my system. Hoping to get a slow 50w charge, until battery is up to about 90% again. The system will shut down for 6/hrs day. This is when I plan on the charger catching up and and charging to 90%. Will this work good?
