Using Minilogue with pedals

Probably after this video, you'll jump into some cheap but nice sounding Behringer pedals. Don't expect to the quality of a €400 pedal, we're talking here about two €50 Behringer pedals, but they do theyr work properly (and I got them both on a big fat discount! no, not from Behringer!).
So, Boss ODB-3 is here just for a little more gain, because, you know, Minilogue it's a little shy on its output.
Behringer FL600 - Flanger machine, used on a Analog Chorus preset.
RV600 - used with the Space preset. And here is my trick to make this Reverb Machine to sound better: I keep the Tone knob, a little to the left to the low register [wink]. This setting will cut its metallic resonance on the high ends.

Yes it makes a big difference! I just bought a Behringer reverb after your recommendation. I love it!

I love the RV600. It goes great with synths. Can you believe I have an FL600 in my office still in the box since March? I really have to start exploring those pedals.
Very enjoyable demo.
Cheers!

Another "secret weapon" that's very useful is the clean boost pedal. There's lots to choose from but they work great for "boosting" (upwards of +24db) a weak synth signal before other pedals. It's a better solution to a OD pedal as it boosts but doesn't colour your sound and can make the cheapest pedal sound expensive. ;-)

Cheers!

Very nice! I would like to use guitar pedals with my Minilogue and Moog Subsequent 37, but I am completely new to this. Do you use a mixer or just an audio interface? What is your signal chain? Can I use one pedal or a pedal chain for multiple synths? Thanks!

Hi everyone. I found this video through Google, trying to understand why the signal from my Minilogue is so hot/loud, going into my Deluxe Memory Man. Everyone keeps saying the output on the Minilogue is low but if so, why is the sound so saturated after going through the Memory Man? The overload LED gets instantly bright red on the pedal. Anyone else experiencing this? Cheers

It would be great if it's an effect series. :) Did you try to use Demora as a chorus?

What's your full set up? Our gear is eerily similar.

do you just go straight from the pedals into an interface to record?

Very late here, but can I ask you what you use to power up up your pedals? I have currently a daisy chain power supply for my pedals, and it just gets super buzzy when I connect them to my Minulogue. Are you running some isolated power supply?
