The greatest thing about this scene; the Roman soldiers were all extra's that were given no context for the scene. The only thing they were told was to not laugh at all. Which makes watching it back even funnier because they are genuinely trying not to laugh, rather than acting

To this day my favorite thing is the delivery of "when I the naaaame..." Because you can tell it was delivered that way because Palin is desperately trying to hold back his own laughter so he can get the joke off properly
