Tropical Depression Four expected to strengthen

FOX 13 News Meteorologist Valerie Mills says Tropical Depression Four is expected to become Tropical Storm Debby sometimes Saturday afternoon. The Tampa Bay Area is under a tropical storm warning, according to Mills.

From my experience living in Florida and that track, I’m sure it will hit as a cat 1 or mabey a cat 2. That’s hundreds of miles of open water the center will be in if that’s the actual track
