So helpful! Especially the questions to ask the school at the end. I would recommend teachers with credentials ask for what they want financially but be open to less ONLY if they really like the other things that the school and job offer. I would recommend no less than 25, 000rmb per month after tax. (Depending on city, if housing is included (housing should be provided or a separate stipend, not included in your salary)).
