That is exactly how I hit those notes in that song and in Hunger Strike. The trick is to build your falsetto up so that it has the same power as your chest voice.
I did Brian Johnson and Ronnie James Dio parts the same way. You have to "dirty" it up so that it doesn't sound like falsetto.

It's funny how, in many ways, I had a better voice before I started trying to use vocal registers as a specific tool. Before, it was all the same thing to me, except chest register was lower, falsetto didn't exist in my mind, and head voice was higher. Admittedly, I have gained a great deal of vocal agility now, as I used to just use a single register in an entire song (not realizing that it was one register). Now I can swap registers as quickly as a short line break, and I'm hoping to learn to swap in the middle of a line. Slowly but surely, my voice is getting back to where it was, but dang, sometimes I wonder if I just should've kept conditioning my raw vocals instead of trying to add technique.

I had some mold exposure and my head voice has lost most of its range and I can’t get into it as easily anymore (I haven’t measured range since, but it’s like 3 notes wide now) how can I fix this? It’s super weak now and I’ve been resting it but it just isn’t coming back. My chest voice is unaffected by my falsetto seems to be shot

Yeah but how he sings ing of those notes is what makes it most impressive and difficult.
