Wireless Emergency Alert Illinois Amber Alert on iPhone 8 (7/11/2022) EAS #136

This is my old iPhone 8 and I recorded it but Unfortunately didn’t recorded my main iPhone cuz It didn’t goes of Idk why

First time ever WEA captured on iPhone

I got this alert at about 2:27am, I'm not sure what has caused to this.
The exact same alert from a year ago also happened just 3 days ago.


But the alert was commonly different.
It was shown on my TV where I got the EAS message of it.


I was too terrified, and scared.
I thought this was real at a time.

















































































I even found the kid who was abducted, and even brought him home.
Even though he was fine.

I work overnights at a retail store, and our radio system was down in 3/4 of the store, so the store was mostly silent. There was an Emergency Alert on our phones, and it echoed through the entire store. Most terrifying thing when it's dead silent and night time.

Imagine trying to go to bed and this sound blaring from your phone and your grandma’s phone. Grandma left her phone upstairs so it kept going off, frightening you more each time. You go downstairs to see if anything is being reported on the TV.
I speak from experience! I’m really sensitive to sound, especially loud ones, and it being the middle of the night and me trying to sleep doesn’t help. I was scared out of my skin!
