Fun fact: this is the first statewide CAE to be issued in Illinois in over 2 years!

I was driving back to my apartment when the initial broadcast went out but my father thankfully caught it on the TV for me. Once I got back to my apartment Arie screamed ADMINISTRATIVE MESSAGE over the discord call I was on with her and I quickly grabbed my camera and started recording just in time. Very thankful that the child was found safe and sound. Oh and at about 9PM they re-issued the cancellation as a CAE instead of a ADR. Thanks for watching!

Hey guys, I want everyone who sees this to check it out and tell me everything I missed.

I’m thinking it’s either the same guy going on a “rampage”, the first dude was in a group of people that planned this out, or the first guy “inspired” other people to start kidnapping. Either way I’m taking notes. If there is another tomorrow and the kidnappers identity is confirmed as the same one as yesterday we can cautiously assume that the same guy did it all three days. That’s IF there’s another tomorrow which I hope not. Even though I’m 12, I really want to help solve this case and I know I am capable of doing it if I had the information the police do.
