as a Windows 7 user who did upgrade to 10 for a while, even when I had an up to date version, I ALWAYS disabled it and used another antivirus. I could've gotten away with not installing any antivirus on my 10 install, but is it worth the trash Windows Defender is? HELL NO!
I've been using AVG since 2010 (well, at that time, my mother was - I was a kid), never had a problem with it, even in the free version. And the one time I gave another antivirus a try, I got a ransomware and destroyed my first Windows 7 partition on my new computer, bruh

It's piece of trash, who the hell uses windows defender? It allways get bypassed with high level payload frame work not just that.

But the virus definition is a nightmare. It just exists on windows(I'm not talking about maleware, trojan, ..)

So when I switched to linux, I happily stick with it
