I don't understand this system. there are serial killers sentenced to life but he only killed 1 person and will die at 78 years old. 30 years after his crime. it is absurd and inhuman.

Guys no more 10% of bond you must pay 90 % now thanks to the new law.
Anyone knows if there using a the electric chair or castration method?
