Maytag Commercial Washer is Cheap Junk

The commercial washers do have more/better quality parts, if you tear them down they are more robust than the cheap Amana.

If you people really wanna get technical. The old well-built whirlpool and Kenmore belt drive washers were a hanging suspension also. These new ones are no speed. Queen but they’re not bad. I have plenty of video of these hanging suspension VMW machines and you can see for yourself how well they do.

Tbh the quality problems with most new washing machines isnt the fact that they use a top suspended drum like this one, its the quality of the parts themselves. Where I am (Australia) we had top suspened models come out in the late 80s/early 90s and Let me tell you those things never died. There is still lots around. I do love me a toploader with the bottom suspension legs and springs though. We had lots of those too. Im pretty sure America and Aus the some of the only countries to have top loaders.

maytag really needs to exit the trash market and focus on appliances have the same quality as a speed queen.

I think nowadays it's a lot better to get an old Whirlpool or Maytag, which had that rough suspension and were direct drives.

Here in Mexico there are places where you can get a restored Whirlpool DD from $150 USD

I have a laudromat down the road and half of the washers are out of order. I pressume the owner don't even bother repairing them.

I went to the laundry mat and saw Maytag commercial washer I tested it it's junk

I searched High and low for the TC5 speed Queen hopefully I found one I cannot stand front loaders and just returned the Maytag duo where you can take out the agitator it's a joke it's a piece of c*** that clothes still smell and they don't get clean what the h***'s going on
