Nothing will ever beat the original design made by the Maytag company in Newton Iowa. It was and will always be the best. Whirlpool bought em out and puts the Maytag name on junk.

Again, my ONLY complaint with this washer is that there’s only one Delicates cycle. There needs to be another one so the washer will only fill halfway like the Normal cycle does because most of the time there’s only a few or maybe even just one delicate item to wash. There’s rarely a full load. But other than that this machine is perfect! Please keep making these for years to come! Although please consider the Delicates situation with future models.

The only thing I don’t like is you can’t control the water levels. Usually when you wash delicates it’s only a few pieces the fact that it fills all the way up there’s a big waste of water

You can come and get mine, it died after 2.5 years. Short to ground. It's an awesome feeling. After what we spent on it, feels like rock salt in an open sore. No service people available for 30 to 45 days. Family of 4 will not survive.

Remember when maytag was known as the dependability people. I feel like what ruined them was the Neptune front loader. They fell apart like it did.

Tip for everyone.Order this model directly from Maytag the model # they sell comes with a 5year warranty u would have to pay extra for at say Lowe's or another appliance store.

I bought the Maytag Commercial washer and dryer and was delivered May 13, 2021. The only problem I see is fabric softener leaking from the dispenser down the agitator at the end of the wash cycle.
Also, in the 25 or so times I have used the washer, at least three times the unit shifted to the left and forward. The delivery men leveled both washer and dryer and I have confirmed the washer is level after I straighten washer. Anyone else have the two problems I mentioned? I have zero problems with the matching dryer. Otherwise both are good cleaning machines.

Somebody gave me a free set that say Maytag Commercial Technology from 2010 that looked virtually unused, it seems to work well.

I 'd want straight hot water not cooled off to 90°! I want deep water rinsing in addition to the spray rinses which should follow afterwards.
