Very inspiring, magnificient work! With time you may fabricate a metal pan for the ashes for the right bottom grill & one for the top grill so the grease stays in them also, not on the bricks, that way although the metal pans stained, you keep the bricks as clean or free from grease as possible which can keep the grill from a fire.
