I like the idea of Republic(including Rebels) vs Separatists vs Imperials (who would also have Imperial versions of Venators and Acclamators etc).
Ever since FFG had the ability to mix eras with the Armada and Legion games, I've been thinking about a "Shattered" Timeline. Dooku leading the Seps vs Palpatine that leads the Empire vs Mon Mothma leading what's left the the Republic (about 44% of the Clones get their inhibitor chips out this time, though the bulk are still Imperial) Wayland becomes the Imperial's main cloning center while the Republic keep Kamino etc.

And all over the galaxy are the Rakatan Holocrons (Galactic Battlegrounds style Holocrons) that are rumored to carry the power of bringing myths and legends to life (legends units, heroes, vehicles, ships, and superweapons locked away behind them, with the default tech tree being limited to what is seen in the new canon on screen (tabletop and cell phone games don't count, neither do comics) so no Victory class, Procursator, Allocator, etc unless you get the Holocron for it)

This was a horrible defeat for Rebel Alliance. Lost / Crippled a lot of capital ships, lost many personel and ammo with extensive repairs necessary for many days, effectively removing them from combat. In both cannon and legends, if they win another battle like that -except very late stages of war- they would lose the war completely. Now the video itself was amazing, enjoyed it very much.
